Contact

One address reaches the lab, and a person reads everything that arrives. Corrections are re-checked against the raw session; test requests are queued in the order they come.

One address, one signal line to the lab.

Channels

one address, one public thread per review

No social accounts, no chat widget, no phone line. Everything that reaches the lab is read by a person.

Write to the lab

pick a reason, the form drafts the message in your mail app
Reason

Review link, the figure you believe is wrong, and where you found the right one (spin number in the log, rules screen, provider page).

Open in your mail app Nothing is sent from this page; the button only pre-fills a message to the lab address.

How a correction is handled

the log decides
  1. 01 You writeReview link plus the figure in question. A spin number helps; a screenshot helps more.
  2. 02 We re-checkThe editor opens the raw session for that run and recomputes the figure from the server responses, not from the page.
  3. 03 We answerEither the page is corrected and the change is noted on it, or you get the calculation that shows why the figure stands.

Requesting a test

10 games tested so far · one provider protocol supported

Any Pragmatic Play slot with a public demo can be queued. A standard run takes about an hour of rig time plus the editor's read-through, so requests are worked in the order they arrive rather than promised for a date. Games from other studios are collected in a list; when the rig learns a new protocol, that list is where the first runs come from.

What a request cannot buy

A place in the queue, a re-run until the numbers look better, or a say in the verdict. Studios and operators get the same answer.

What the lab does not answer

so you do not wait for a reply that will not come
  • Predictions. Whether a game "is due", when a bonus will hit, or which slot will pay tonight. The logs show what happened in one run; nobody can tell you what happens in yours.
  • Casino disputes. Withdrawals, bonus terms, account closures. Those belong to the operator and its regulator; the lab tests games, not casinos.
  • Bonus codes and "strategies". There is no strategy that changes a slot's return, and the lab does not distribute promotional codes.
