Ten fixed lines across five reels and three rows, paying from the leftmost reel, with the ship at the top of the paytable with 200x for five and the card royals at the bottom with 10x. That is the plain part of the game, and in this log it produced 1,100 winning spins, the largest 100x on round 8996. Two other mechanisms sit on top of it.

The gold coin appears only on the middle reel and carries a random value from 1x to 20x the bet; three coins on that reel at once start Hold & Spin: the middle reel freezes, the other four clear, and three respins begin. Every new money symbol that lands resets the count to three and adds its value to the round. On reels one, two, four and five a diamond can land worth 100x, 200x, 300x, 400x or 4,993x; the rules guarantee at least 20x for any Hold & Spin round and hand out three more respins if the board has not reached it. The round ends when the respins run out and everything on the board is paid together; the 44 rounds lasted between five and thirteen respins and never showed a diamond above the small values: the best board was 167x on round 2330.

Dragon scatters open the free spins: ten of them for three scatters, fifteen for four, twenty for five. During the feature the koi fish carry money values from 0.2x to 500x, and a wild that lands collects every fish value on the screen. Wilds are also counted: each fourth wild collected retriggers the feature for another ten spins and raises the money multiplier to 2x, then 3x, then 10x for the third and final retrigger. Of the 43 natural rounds in the log, 22 ran the basic ten spins, 15 earned one retrigger, five earned two, and one opened with four scatters for fifteen; in round 390 the fish supplied 308 of the 312 won, collected by six wilds.
