Zombie Carnival runs six reels of four rows with 4,096 ways to win: three or more of a kind pay once they sit on neighbouring reels counted from the left, once for every way they form, and diagonal or gapped positions count for nothing. At USD 2 the zombie clown is the top symbol, USD 2.00 for three and USD 10.00 for a full six-reel way, ahead of the ringmaster at USD 6.00, the blue ogre at USD 4.00 and the helmeted zombie at USD 3.00; the four royals pay USD 0.40 to USD 1.40. A gift-box Mystery symbol turns into one random paying symbol at the end of the spin, in ordinary play and in the feature alike.
The brain Scatter appears only on reels two to five, and two of them anywhere start 6 free spins. The Scatters that opened the round become bear Wilds and stay on the reels for the whole feature; every Scatter that lands afterwards is consumed by the nearest Wild, which walks over to it and raises its multiplier by 1x, and if more Scatters land than there are Wilds, the spare Scatters become new Wilds. A Wild multiplies every way it completes, two Wilds in one way multiply each other, and each Scatter also adds one free spin.
Buying the feature costs 80x the stake, USD 160 at USD 2, and the opening spin of a bought round can hold two, three or four Scatters; all fifty purchases and all 56 natural features of this first run opened with exactly two Wilds. There is no Ante option.

Two bears, one of them at x4Across 10,000 ordinary spins the demo returned 95.90% of stake against the 96.50% in the rules, the approximate 95% band spans 77.3–114.5%, and the balance finished 410 bets down after touching 1,068.8 bets below the start. Fifty-six natural features arrived one per 179 spins, 5.6 bHz, and paid 43.3% of everything the series returned; strip out the best of them, round 7359 at 428.8 bets, and 9,999 rounds are left at 91.63%. Ordinary play itself is thin: no tumbles, 25.96% of spins paying, and only two rounds past 100 bets, both single spins of stacked clowns.
Buying was worse. Fifty tickets at USD 160 returned 0.693x their price, 39 of them below price, median 0.3975x or USD 63.60, best ticket 5.98x; 47 tickets earned at least one extra spin, but the 33 that finished at nine spins or fewer averaged 0.33x, while the 17 that reached ten averaged 1.40x.
The mechanism this log isolates is the Wild multiplier, nothing else. Every round starts with two bear Wilds at x1; in the seven natural features where neither Wild grew, the payout averaged 11.3 bets, and in the 25 where a Wild reached x4 or more it averaged 126.4 bets. Round 7359 is the whole mechanism in one place: five spins of small change, then six Scatters in a row that walked the Wilds up to x4 and x4, and spins eight, nine and ten paid USD 99.60, USD 256.00 and USD 481.20, 97.6% of the round, with the last of those three coming from x3 and x4 Wilds sharing a single way.

At 80x, did the USD 160 tickets come back?
