5 Lions Gold plays five reels of three rows with 243 ways: a route is a symbol repeated on neighbouring reels from the far left, each route pays once, and a break on a middle reel cuts the route short. At the USD 1.80 stake used here the dragon pays USD 12.60 for five and two dragons already pay USD 0.20, the phoenix and the toad pay USD 8.10, the koi and the turtle USD 6.30, A and K USD 3.60, Q and J USD 2.70, and 10 and 9 USD 1.80. The gold lion is the Wild and the yin-yang is the Scatter; both live only on the three middle reels, and the Wild replaces any symbol other than the Scatter.
Three Scatters open a choice of seven packages: 25 spins where the Wild multiplier is 2x, 3x or 5x, 20 spins at 3x to 8x, 15 at 5x to 10x, 13 at 8x to 15x, 10 at 10x to 30x, 6 at 15x to 40x, or a mystery lion that draws both numbers from the others. On every free spin one multiplier is drawn from the chosen range and applied to each winning combination that contains a Wild.
