How it plays

8 rules screens from the game

Big Bass Day at the Races uses 10 left-to-right paylines on reels five wide and three high. Wilds substitute for paying symbols and collect the money symbols during free spins. An occasional base-game collection applies a common multiplier of up to 50x to the money-symbol sum. The cash printed on an uncollected symbol is not a paid win.

Before the feature, a field of 14 horses conceals modifiers: extra starting spins, guaranteed money symbols, removal of low cash values and collector credits. Each revealed modifier remains part of that bonus setup, and the test opened still-hidden horses in index order until the selection ended. The starting allocation is 10 spins before horse extras. With 4 or 5 Scatters, respectively 1 or 2 end items are already revealed before the picks.

Collector credits occupy positions in the meter before play, but bonus cash awards still need a Wild on the reels. Each set of 4 collected Wilds adds 10 spins until the eighth level, with collection factors progressing through 1x, 2x and 3x before reaching 10x, followed by 20x, 30x, 40x and 50x. The increased factor applies after its threshold-crossing screen. Separate Wilds on the same board each collect its money amounts.

This build's regular and purchase RTP both read 96.07%, with 96.06% for Ante. Its low volatility rating accompanies a 10,000x ceiling and ordinary stake limits of USD 0.10 to USD 250.00. Ante raises a USD 2 stake to USD 3; it was disabled for the statistical series.

Verdict

The same collection, a different route through the meter

The setup in natural round 2211 already held 2 collector credits and 13 starting spins. Its first 4 free spins contained USD 80 in money-symbol face values but paid nothing because no Wild landed. Spin 5 then landed 2 Wilds beside USD 24 in money, paying USD 48 and moving the meter from 2 to 4.

Spin 6 had just 1 Wild alongside the same USD 24 face value, yet it also collected USD 48 because the new 2x stage had begun. Further progress eventually extended the feature to 33 spins, returning USD 400.40: USD 400 in cash collections and USD 0.40 from a line win. The scatter entry itself paid zero.

The separate purchase series finished with a surplus of USD 2,149.40, while its median ticket returned USD 104.50 against the USD 200.00 cost. Starting credits advance progress toward a retrigger; every bonus cash collection still needs a landed Wild.

Measured upsides
  • Horse-granted progress reduced the remaining Wild requirement in round 2211 to 2 before its first extension.
  • The collection ladder has 8 levels, ending at a 50x factor.
  • The audited ordinary sample includes 203 money collections outside free spins.
Measured downsides
  • Below-price returns occurred on 35 of the 50 purchased tickets.
  • The first 4 free spins of round 2211 paid nothing despite its prefilled collector meter.
  • The largest internal wait spanned 901 ordinary rounds without a natural feature.
What the AI noticed during the run
  • Two neighbouring bonus spins in round 2211 each collected USD 48 through different combinations of Wild count and multiplier.
  • Random base-game collections appeared 203 times and supplied USD 4,182.00 within the ordinary sample.
  • Natural features paid USD 9,122.00 through money collection and USD 88.60 through paylines.
  • The longest sequence of entirely unpaid ordinary rounds lasted 51 spins.

FAQ

6 questions · answered from the log
What changed after the horse picks in round 2211?
Lab answer

In natural round 2211, the picks supplied 2 collector credits, 3 extra starting spins and a guaranteed money symbol on every free spin. The bonus therefore began with 13 spins and its collector meter already at 2. The first extension followed on free spin 5, when 2 Wilds landed together.

Why were those consecutive collections both USD 48?
Lab answer

Free spin 5 of round 2211 had 2 Wilds, USD 24 in money symbols and a 1x stage, giving USD 48. The following spin had 1 Wild and the same money value at 2x, producing USD 48 again. The first payment crossed the meter threshold; the second used the increased factor.

Are the Big Bass Day at the Races purchases worth their price?
Lab answer

Each ticket cost USD 200.00. Together, 50 purchases produced a surplus of USD 2,149.40; mean return was 1.21494x price and the median was USD 104.50. The 35 below-price tickets show why the average alone gives an incomplete account of that sample.

Which Big Bass Day at the Races RTP applies to Ante?
Lab answer

The inspected build lists 96.06% for Ante and 96.07% for both regular play and purchases. Ante makes a USD 2 ordinary stake USD 3. It was off during the ordinary sample, whose measured return was 82.675%.

When did the longest wait for free spins occur?
Lab answer

The interval between rounds 32 and 934 contained 901 nontriggering ordinary rounds. Natural features numbered 51 over the full 10,000 paid rounds. That historical interval cannot schedule a future trigger.

Can the money symbols pay in ordinary spins?
Lab answer

Yes, through a random base-game collection. The main sample recorded 203 of these payments, totalling USD 4,182.00. This mechanism applies a single common factor, up to 50x, to the displayed money-symbol sum.
