Legacy of Dead runs ten fixed lines over a five-by-three grid, and a line pays its best combination from the left reel. Three matching cards are the minimum for a line win, while the four Egyptian figures already pay as a pair. Five Pharaohs return 5,000 coins, five Anubis 1,600, five Tutankhamun masks or Horus falcons 600, Kings and Aces 120, Tens, Jacks and Queens 80. The Golden Tomb is Wild and Scatter at once: on a line it pays like the Pharaoh, and three, four or five Tombs anywhere on the reels are worth 2x, 20x or 200x the stake.

Eight free spins follow three or more Tombs, with one expanding symbol drawn before the first of them. Inside the feature that symbol spreads over its full reel each time enough of it lands for a win, gaps included, and three Tombs on a free spin add a further eight spins together with another expanding symbol; the stack can grow to nine. The test logged 14 such extensions in 66 natural features, one of them running to 64 spins and eight symbols.

The demo takes coins from 0.01 to 2.00, one to five per line, which gives a DEMO 0.01 to 100.00 bet range; the series used 0.04 coins, five a line across ten lines, DEMO 2.00 a round. A gamble on card colour or suit follows any win, up to five times and never beyond 2,500 coins; the lab collected every time. Each retrigger added a symbol

Seven retriggers in round 5690 added a symbol every time: Tutankhamun opened the feature, then King, Horus, Ace, Pharaoh, Ten, Anubis and Jack joined, and the 64 free spins paid DEMO 2,205, or 1,102.5x the stake. That single bonus holds 21.0% of the DEMO 10,479 that free spins returned; features with two expanding symbols averaged 92.9x and hold 14.2%, those with three 294.5x and 28.1%, and the 52 single-symbol features managed 36.9x between them.

On ordinary spins the Tomb earned its money as a Wild rather than as a Scatter: 1,961 of the 4,330 paying base lines ran through one and carried DEMO 5,283, 57.2% of base line money, while scatter pays added DEMO 430. The largest base rounds all reached DEMO 120 on a single line, five Tutankhamun in round 3333 and five Horus through a Wild in rounds 3948 and 8880; Tutankhamun lines alone produced 17.6% of base money. 613 first screens, 6.13% of the series, showed two Tombs and no third.

Which symbol the book draws first mattered less than how long the feature ran: Kings opened ten bonuses for a 137.8x mean and a 409x best, Aces six for 134.6x, while the ten Anubis bonuses averaged 24.9x and the five Horus bonuses 31.3x, none above 43x. The weakest features, rounds 9399, 1445 and 4140, returned 3.5x, 8x and 9.5x from eight spins each.

Over 10,000 DEMO 2.00 rounds the demo returned 100.42% against the 96.58% Play'n GO lists, with an approximate 95% CI of 72.77% to 128.06% that describes the uncertainty of this mean rather than a forecast; without round 5690 the figure for the other 9,999 rounds is 89.37%.
