The five reels begin with three, three, four, four and four positions, giving 576 ways. Payments start on reel one and extend through matching symbols on two or more further neighbouring reels; multiplying the number of eligible positions gives the ways count. Wilds appear on the first two reels and substitute for regular symbols, while money and bonus symbols use their separate features.
The collection needs wilds on reels one and two, then an unbroken run of banana-bearing reels starting with the third. It pays the eligible banana values multiplied by the number of wild combinations across those first two reels; a gap prevents collection farther along. Direct banana amounts use a fixed set between 1x and 25x the ordinary stake in regular play. On the fifth reel they may instead show Mini, Major or Mega, whose values are 50x, 100x and 500x.
Wilds on both opening reels together with the bonus symbol on reel three grant ten free spins. During the feature, golden bananas raise their own reel's height by one position for the rest of the feature; the three expanding reels can each reach eight symbols, allowing up to 4,608 ways. A golden banana arriving on a reel already eight symbols high grants five to ten extra spins. Each of those reels can award this addition only once, after which golden bananas stop appearing there.

A separate outcome near the end of the test showed a chain reaching the fifth reel. Round 9992 collected USD 2, 6, 12, 1,000 and 10 across the last three reels, then added USD 3.84 in symbol awards for USD 1,033.84 altogether. That was the largest completed payout among the 10,000 paid rounds, with no free-spin feature involved.
