How it plays
7 rules screens from the game
Same grid, same rule, bigger orbs. Gates of Olympus 1000 pays whenever at least eight copies of one symbol sit anywhere on the 6×5 screen, removes them and drops new ones until nothing connects. The crown leads the paytable at 50x for twelve or more, the hourglass, ring and chalice follow, and five gems fill the lower half down to 2x for a screen of blue. Zeus is the scatter: four pay 3x, six pay 100x.
The difference from the original sits in the multiplier orbs. They still land on any reel during spins and tumbles, but their values now run from 2x up to 1,000x in fifteen steps, and once the tumbling stops the orbs on screen are added up and the total multiplies the whole sequence. That is how round 7311 turned seven small tumbles worth 14 into 799x on the eighth, and how rounds 8534 and 3657 reached 765x and 625x in two and three steps.
Four scatters start fifteen free spins. Inside the round each orb landing on a paying spin joins a running total, and that total multiplies each later winning spin; three scatters add five spins. Of our 34 natural rounds, 31 ran the basic fifteen spins and three (rounds 1235, 2650 and 9150) reached twenty. The biggest accumulated multiplier we logged was 100x on round 1335.
Two paid options exist. Ante play costs 25% more per spin, puts extra scatters on the reels for twice the natural trigger rate, and switches the purchase off. The buy costs 100x the stake, guarantees four scatters on the triggering spin and is unavailable with ante on. Wins are capped at 15,000x, and the server lists 96.5% for regular and ante play and 96.49% for purchases.

who it suits, who should skip itRead the 115.94% for what it is: one hot sample. The run sat at 85.8% after 2,000 spins, jumped to 149.9% in the next block on the back of rounds 2550 and 3657, and stayed above 100% in three of the five blocks. The low point came early, 571 bets down at spin 1196, and all three fixed bankrolls were gone before spin 300; from there the balance climbed to 103,239 at spin 9972 and closed at 103,189.
Base spins made the money here. Eight base rounds beat 100x and three beat 600x, each one a short tumble sequence finished by a large orb: 799x on round 7311, 765x on round 8534, 625x on round 3657. Between those moments the game is sparse, with 72% of spins paying nothing and five separate droughts of exactly 19 spins.
Natural bonuses were solid rather than spectacular: 34 triggers, one per 294 spins, a mean of 72x and a median of 49x, eight rounds above 100x topped by 288x on round 2550 and 261x on round 1335. The purchases came out at 1.05x over fifty tries, but 31 lost money, 17 returned less than half the price, and the average hid one 6.98x round on buy 46 and a 0.045x round on buy 23.

The orb values. The original Gates of Olympus caps a single orb at 500x; this edition goes to 1,000x in fifteen steps, and the win cap rises from 5,000x to 15,000x. Grid, paytable, scatter rules and the 100x buy are unchanged.
Did a 1,000x orb ever land?
Not in 10,000 spins or 50 buys. The largest single-round result was 799x on round 7311, and the biggest accumulated bonus multiplier was 143x on buy 32. The log records every orb value if you want to check.
Is the base game really where the big wins come from?
In this sample, yes. The three largest rounds (799x, 765x, 625x) were base spins, and eight base rounds beat 100x against eight bonus rounds. A big orb on a modest tumble outpaces a long free-spins round more often than the feature's marketing suggests.
Fifteen spins, then what?
Fifteen, plus five for every three scatters that land inside it. Thirty-one of our 34 natural rounds stayed at fifteen and three reached twenty; no round in the log went past twenty.
Highest accumulated multiplier in the log?
100x on natural round 1335 and 97x on round 9764 were the highest in the base series; buy 32 got to 143x. The multiplier is added only on spins that win, so a high total is no guarantee of a high payout: buy 32 returned 2.52x.
Trigger rate without buying?
Once per 294 spins in our log, 34 times in total. The shortest gap was 13 spins and the longest 1,093, between rounds 1335 and 2428.
Buying at 100x: worth it here?
The fifty buys returned 10,505 for 10,000 spent, but the median sat just above 0.6x and 31 of them lost. The result rests on buy 46 at 6.98x and five more above 2x; strip those out and the rest averaged well under the price.
What is the ante bet for?
Paying 25% more per spin doubles the natural trigger rate by adding scatters to the reels, and it switches the buy button off. We ran the whole series at the base stake, so the 294-spin trigger interval is the no-ante figure.
How bad were the droughts?
Never longer than 19 spins, but that length came up five times, and 72% of all spins paid nothing. The pain is the frequency of empty screens, not one long gap.
Why do you call 115.94% a hot sample?
Because the 95% interval runs from 86.5% to 145.4%: three rounds above 600x are worth almost 22 points of RTP between them, and their absence would have left the run near 94%.
Would a bankroll have survived?
Not a small one. Fifty bets ran out at spin 70, a hundred at spin 138, two hundred at spin 300. The deepest point was 571 bets below the start at spin 1196, and only then did the run turn upward.
