How it plays
20 rules screens from the game
A five-reel, three-row board of fruit and circus symbols carries 10 fixed lines in Joker's Wild Chaos, and each line pays in both directions, from the leftmost and from the rightmost reel. Five drums pay 500x the bet and five grapes 10x, and a line of five is paid only once.
Found on the middle three reels alone, the jester Wild replaces every symbol except coins and multiplies the win it takes part in. A Wild that shows only partly nudges into full view, and every nudge raises its multiplier by one.
No free spins exist in this game. Six or more coins start the Hold and Win bonus, where coins lock and three respins reset with each new one; coins carry cash values, a Collect that gathers the board, or the Mini and Major jackpots, and filling all 15 positions wins the Grand.
Hold and Win can be bought for 75 times the bet, and a Risk Wheel up to x1000 follows any win, but the test never used it. Without Risk'n'Buy the theoretical RTP is 95.49%, with it 95.58%; stakes start at FUN 0.10 and stop at FUN 20, and the top win is x12000.

Verdict
RTP rose with Hold and Win
Average earned bonuses grew from run to run, 76.52x the stake in the first, 87.57x in the second and 101.25x in the third, and their share of ordinary payouts went 39.1%, 43.7% and 46.6%. The measured RTP rose in step, 78.21%, 82.09% and 97.79%, for 86.03% over all 30,000 rounds.
Purchases at 75x, FUN 150 a ticket, did not follow that climb: they returned 93.22%, 105.39% and 98.55% of their cost, 99.05% across 150 tickets. In every run the median ticket stayed below the price, at FUN 137.70, FUN 114.10 and FUN 120.80.
Between 26.73% and 27.3% of rounds paid something in each run, and Hold and Win started once per 222 to 250 rounds; the best spin without the bonus is still round 3626 of the first run at 263.7x.
- Twelve respins in round 9499 of the third run added up to 446.2x the stake
- Bought Hold and Win at 75x returned 99.05% of its cost across 150 tickets
- An x9 Wild product, two x3 Wild reels on one win, occurred at least once per run
- Collect coins showed up in 91 ordinary rounds of the third run, which made 30.62% of its payouts
- No Hold and Win started for 1,660 rounds, from 2236 to 3897 of the third run
- Bought Hold and Win ended under its FUN 150 price on 91 of 150 tickets
- Earned Hold and Win stopped after the first three respins 24 times in 126
- Seventeen respins in round 3836 of the second run still paid only 86.6x
Run 01·2026-11-05·78.21%
The 50 bought bonuses at FUN 150 returned FUN 6,991.40, 93.2% of their cost, with a median ticket of FUN 137.70 and the best, ticket 25, at FUN 322.40. None reached three times the price, and only six ended after the first three respins.
Earned Hold and Win reached higher. It came 40 times, once per 250 rounds, made 39.1% of all payouts and averaged 76.52x the stake, from 12 rounds that stopped after three respins up to round 7125, which kept going for 8 respins and paid 352x.
Rounds in which a multiplied Wild took part in a win, 220 of them, made 21.64% of the money paid. Round 3626 paid 263.7x when two Wild reels at x3 each worked on the same win, x9 in all, the best result outside Hold and Win.
Over 10,000 rounds the demo returned 78.2%, and the approximate 95% CI around that, 63.29% to 93.13%, ends below the declared 95.49%; one test cannot say whether that reflects the game or the sample.
Run 02·2026-11-05·82.09%
At FUN 150 apiece, the 50 bought Hold and Win rounds came to FUN 7,904.60, 105.39% of what they cost, although half of them paid FUN 114.10 or less. Ticket 27 ran 11 respins for FUN 525.60, and even with it set aside the other 49 averaged 1.0039 times the price.
Earned Hold and Win started 41 times, about once per 244 rounds, averaged 87.57x the stake and brought 43.7% of the ordinary payouts. Length and size did not go together here: round 7015 reached the run's top bonus of 231x in five respins, while round 3836 kept collecting coins for 17 respins and paid 86.6x.
With no bonus involved, round 3809 paid 203.6x on a Wild multiplier of only x2. Two x3 Wild reels met on one win just once, and the 225 rounds with a Wild multiplier made 19.22% of the money paid.
Run 03·2026-11-05·97.79%
Twelve respins into round 9499 the Hold and Win board settled at 446.2x the stake, FUN 892.40, and round 6000 followed at 391.8x after eight; a Collect coin sat on the final board of both. Collect coins turned up in 91 ordinary rounds of this run, and those rounds made 30.62% of what the run paid.
Forty-five earned bonuses arrived, once per 222 rounds, and averaged 101.25x, 46.6% of ordinary payouts in all. The run's longest wait for one lasted 1,660 rounds between the triggers at 2236 and 3897. Take away round 9499 and the remaining 9,999 rounds returned 93.33% of the stake.
The 50 purchases came back with FUN 7,391.20 for FUN 7,500 spent, 98.55%, and 30 finished under the FUN 150 price. Ticket 16 was the best at FUN 597.80 after seven respins, and round 2622 paid 210x with an x3 Wild, the top spin without a bonus.

FAQ
7 questions · answered from the log
Is the Joker's Wild Chaos demo paying below its 95.49% RTP?
Yes. The 30,000 rounds returned 86.03%, although their approximate 95% CI, 76.27% to 95.79%, just reaches the declared figure, so the sample cannot rule out the declared setting. Single runs ranged from 78.21% to 97.79%, moving with Hold and Win, which brought 43.4% of the money.
Are there free spins in Joker's Wild Chaos?
No. Hold and Win respins are its only bonus: six or more coins start it with three respins, and across 30,000 rounds it began 126 times, once per 238 rounds.
What did 150 bought Hold and Win rounds pay in Joker's Wild Chaos?
FUN 123.70 was the middle result of the 150 tickets against a FUN 150 price. Fifteen returned at least double the price, and none reached five times. The best, ticket 16 of the third run, returned FUN 597.80.
Why can a Wild multiplier show x9 when one Wild stops at x3?
A jester Wild on the middle three reels gains one step for every nudge, up to x3, and when two such reels share a win the server multiplies them, x3 times x3 making x9. That product appeared in each of the three runs, and round 3626 of the first run paid 263.7x with it, the best spin outside Hold and Win.
Does a new coin reset the respins in Hold and Win?
Yes. Each new coin puts the counter back at three; of the 126 earned Hold and Win rounds, 102 lasted beyond the first three respins, and the longest, round 3836 of the second run, ran 17 respins for 86.6x.
Which declared RTP applies when the Risk Wheel is never used?
95.49%. The 95.58% figure covers play with Risk'n'Buy, and the wheel was turned down after every win in the 30,000 rounds and 150 purchases.
Which single Hold and Win round paid best over 30,000 rounds?
It came in the third run, where round 9499 ran 12 respins, ended with a Collect coin on the board and paid 446.2x the stake, FUN 892.40. Round 6000 of the same run came next at 391.8x after 8 respins.
