How it plays
20 rules screens from the game
Riot: Feral Riches is built on five reels, three rows and 20 fixed lines that count from reel 1. The Riot Wild substitutes for the paying symbols and pays on its own too, 325x the bet for five, while five warriors give 175x and five of any card rank 10x.
Lion Scatters award 10, 12 or 15 free spins for three, four or five, and the same counts during the feature add 3, 5 or 8. Coins carrying cash values, a Collect coin or the Mini, Minor and Major jackpots of 15x, 30x and 100x land in both modes, and six of them begin Hold and Win, three respins that reset with every new coin.
When six coins gather during free spins, Hold and Win plays inside the feature and the free spins carry on afterwards; in the first run that happened in 21 of the 59 natural bonuses. The Grand jackpot shown above the reels is 2500x, which is also the advertised maximum win.
In the Risk'n'Buy menu the free spins cost 75x the bet, while Hold and Win sells for 110x; only the free spins were bought here, and the card Risk game, up to x2500, was never played. The rules list 96.16% RTP, with bets from FUN 0.20 to FUN 40.

Verdict
Base Hold and Win kept its share
Each run gave base-game Hold and Win almost the same slice of the ordinary payouts, 20.11%, 19.15% and 19.18%, and 19.49% for all 112 such rounds combined. Natural bonus rounds moved further, 28.9%, 23.8% and 26.2% of the money, and their best, round 2416 of the third run, paid 416.45x after free spin 4 alone brought 413.7x.
Pooled over 30,000 rounds the return came to 90.07%, from 91.78%, 88.8% and 89.61% in the three runs. Hits stayed near 40%, with 39.54%, 40.08% and 39.52% of rounds paying, and Hold and Win started inside 21 of 59, 20 of 60 and 17 of 51 natural bonuses.
Purchases cost FUN 150, 75x the FUN 2.00 stake, for 12 free spins and returned 116.07%, 77.8% and 88.69% across the runs; 100 of the 150 tickets finished under that price, and the median came to FUN 103.20, 0.688x the price.

- Free spin 4 alone paid 413.7x of the 416.45x that third-run round 2416 closed at
- A paying result in 39.71% of the 30,000 rounds, one every 2.52 spins
- One natural free spins round per 176 rounds, 170 in all
- Without a Hold and Win, 112 natural bonuses had a median of 15.80x the stake
- Purchases in the second run returned 77.8% of their FUN 7,500 cost
- Between the triggers at rounds 235 and 1204 of the third run, 968 rounds passed without natural free spins
Run 01·2026-11-05·91.78%
With a Hold and Win round inside, the 21 natural bonuses averaged 80.65x the stake, median 66.05x, and the 38 without one averaged 25.17x, median 15.85x; the purchases split the same way, 133.60x against 27.81x. The larger figures include the Hold and Win money itself.
Ticket 48 paid more than any other round of this run, FUN 1,976.90 on a FUN 150 price, and its Hold and Win was the smaller part: it brought 62.9x on spin 4, while spin 6 paid 898.1x on its own. Without that ticket the other 49 returned 91.55% of their cost, and all 50 together 116.1%.
Once per 169 rounds natural free spins arrived, making 28.9% of all payouts, and Hold and Win that started straight from the base game added 20.11% more. Round 9421 was the largest of those, 102.1x after 17 respins.
Run 02·2026-11-05·88.80%

Thirty-five times Hold and Win started from the base game, making 19.15% of all money the ordinary rounds paid, and round 451 was the biggest at 129.5x. Fifty FUN 150 purchases gave back 77.8% of their cost, half of them FUN 88.15 or less, and ticket 4 led with FUN 361.00, 85.3x of it from its Hold and Win.
Run 03·2026-11-05·89.61%
Free spin 4 of round 2416 paid 413.7x the stake by itself, and the round ended at 416.45x, FUN 832.90, without a single extra spin beyond the opening ten. The next natural bonus by size, round 5594, reached 115.4x, and natural free spins were scarce in this run: 51 of them, one per 196 rounds, with 968 rounds passing between the triggers at 235 and 1204.
Thirty-seven Hold and Win rounds began in the base game and took 19.18% of the ordinary payouts, round 7455 the largest at 125.3x. Of the 50 purchases 34 ended under the FUN 150 price and the set returned 88.69%; ticket 37 paid FUN 438.30 over 15 spins, 101.8x of it on the first and 102.2x on the last.

FAQ
6 questions · answered from the log
Measured near 90%, listed at 96.16%: what explains the gap?
The three runs measured 91.78%, 88.8% and 89.61%, and pooled they lost FUN 5,961 at a FUN 2.00 stake, a 90.07% return (approximate 95% CI 83.15% to 96.98%). That range still includes 96.16%; without round 2416 of the third run, the best natural round at 416.45x, the other 29,999 rounds returned 88.68%.
Is Hold and Win a replacement for the free spins or part of them?
Part of them, and it also runs on its own from the base game. Six or more coins on a free spin open Hold and Win inside the feature, and the free spins resume after the respins; 58 of 170 natural bonuses did this and averaged 72.35x the stake as complete rounds, while the other 112 averaged 26.03x.
How large is a Hold and Win that starts without free spins?
Across 112 such rounds the median was 42.7x the stake and the mean 47.06x, each opening with six to eight coins. Round 451 of the second run paid the most, 129.5x, and in every run these rounds made between 19.15% and 20.11% of the ordinary payouts.
On average, what did the 75x free spins purchase return?
94.19% of the FUN 150 price, but one ticket shaped that figure: ticket 48, from the first run, returned FUN 1,976.90, and the other 149 returned FUN 19,215.50 of FUN 22,350, or 85.98%.
With three lion Scatters, how many free spins start?
Ten for three and twelve for four, with fifteen for five in the rules. Of the 170 natural triggers 161 had three Scatters and 9 had four, and 71 of those bonuses gained extra spins from further Scatters, the longest reaching 29 spins in the second run.
Did the Grand jackpot coin ever land in the demo?
No. The Grand coin never showed across 30,000 rounds and 150 purchases, the Major appeared in one ordinary round of the first run and one of the third, and the card Risk game offered after wins was never played.
