About Mascot Gaming and how its games were tested

Who makes the games
Mascot Gaming is a B2B developer of online slots and instant games, run by S.C. MNG Entertainment S.R.L. from Râșnov in Brașov County, Romania. The company was founded on 2 September 2015, released its first set of games in September 2018 and showed them for the first time at ICE London in February 2019.
Licences and certification
- Romania: Class II licence from the National Gambling Office (ONJN) for producing and distributing gambling software, decision no. 643 of 30 March 2023, in force since 1 April 2023 (ONJN licence list).
- Malta: Recognition Notice RN/319/2024 from the Malta Gaming Authority, B2B critical supply, Type 1 games (MGA register).
- Random number generator: “Mascot Gaming RNG Version 1.0”, certified by GLI on 17 September 2021 and issued to the sister company MNG Production S.R.L. at the same address (GLI certificate); individual games are certified market by market, through Global Lab among others.
- Regulated markets: the studio lists certified versions for 15 jurisdictions, among them the United Kingdom, Germany, Spain, Malta, Romania, Brazil, Colombia, Peru, Argentina and the Isle of Man (regulated markets page).
Catalogue and mechanics
The catalogue on mascot.games counts 196 titles: video slots, fruit machines, crash games, plinko, dice, keno, table games and shooters. Slots come in recurring series, among them Riot, Zeus, Tessa Hunt, Huntress, For the Realm, Re Kill and Evil Bet, and since January 2025 crash and arcade titles appear under a separate label, TTT Games.
Several mechanics carry the studio’s own names. Risk & Buy, introduced with Riot in February 2020, puts a bonus purchase and an optional risk game after any win into one menu. Rockfall removes winning symbols and drops new ones in; in some games a multiplier climbs with every drop. Rockways, first used in Primal Bet Rockways in November 2021, varies the height of the reels so the number of ways changes from spin to spin. Its games also use Hold and Win rounds with coin jackpots and Wild reels that nudge into view.
A game with Risk & Buy can list two theoretical returns in its help screen, one for ordinary play and one for play that uses the purchase and the risk game.
For operators
Mascot distributes its games through aggregators including EveryMatrix, SoftSwiss, Slotegrator, Hub88, BetConstruct, SoftGamings, Pariplay and Digitain (partners page). Its promotional tools include free rounds without a GGR fee, pre-releases, seasonal events, branded games (the first, 1X Fruit, came out in October 2022), traffic-based campaigns and big-win campaigns. The studio won the Game Music / Soundtrack category at the SBC Awards Europe 2025 and was shortlisted at the CasinoBeats Game Developer Awards 2024.
Each Mascot Gaming review lists its runs under Test record with downloadable round logs and SHA-256 checksums, the rules screens of the tested build and a free demo of the game. The declared RTP shown next to every measurement is the profile the provider's demo server reported for that build; casinos may run a lower version of the same game, which the game's own help screen states. The method is described on How we test.
Questions about Mascot Gaming slots
5 questionsWhich Mascot Gaming slot has the highest measured RTP?
Winged Hussars, at 101.7% measured over 30,000 logged rounds against a declared 95.57%. The lowest measured return among the tested Mascot Gaming games is Evil Bet: Cursed Spin at 84.6%. Both figures are what the official demo server returned in the lab's runs as of 2026-11-06; the RTP header of the table at the top of this page ranks every tested game the same way.
What RTP do Mascot Gaming slots actually return?
Across 10 tests the mean measured return is 92.7% against a mean declared 95.61%. In 10 of 10 tests the declared figure sits inside the 95% band of the measurement, and 7 tests came in below it. Measured RTP describes one long sample per game, not a payout rate a casino is bound to repeat.
How often do Mascot Gaming slots trigger free spins or the bonus?
In the median tested game once per 231 ordinary rounds, counting natural triggers only. The quickest is 243 Fruity Zen at once per 65 rounds, the slowest Winged Hussars at once per 265. A bonus round in the median game paid 74x the stake, the trigger spin included.
Is buying the bonus on Mascot Gaming slots worth it?
Over 1,350 logged purchases in 9 games the average ticket returned 0.96x of its price and 69% of tickets paid less than they cost. 2 games averaged at or above the price, led by Rice & Riches: Hold and Win at 1.13x per ticket; Evil Bet: Cursed Spin averaged 0.83x. A positive mean comes from a few large tickets, so most single purchases still lose.
Are these the RTP versions casinos use for Mascot Gaming games?
The declared figure next to each measurement is the RTP profile the provider's demo server reported for the tested build. Many games ship in several versions a few points apart, and a casino may run a lower one; its value is printed in the game's help screen at that casino. If it is lower than the declared figure here, the measurements on this page describe a better version than the one in front of you.
